De Beer® brand WaterBase MM979 900 Series offers vivid colours and is easy to apply. Its universality means it can be mixed with all OEM colours without difficulty. So you can get the perfect shade.
This base tint for bodywork complies with current VOC standards.

Preparing MM 979 Waterborne Paint
For easy application of De Beer® WaterBase MM979, combine the base colour with 10% Thinner: Standard Thinner 9-151
Preparing the substrate
A well-prepared substrate is essential for optimum adhesion and weather resistance. That's why, after making the required repairs, you need to degrease the area with a degreaser or cleaner. Then sand the surface well to smooth the bodywork. As a final step, don't forget to use compressed air and cleaner to remove all the small dust particles left by the sanding. This will ensure an even, flawless finish.
Applying MM979 body paint
900 Series basecoats are applied using a special body paint gun fitted with a 1.3 mm Nozzle. They are suitable as a base coat for a two-coat system for light and heavy vehicles.
Finishing De Beer 900 Series paints
For best results, we recommend that you cover the colour with a two-component, high-dry-extract clearcoat.
