Preparing MM 966 Waterborne Paint
For easy application of De Beer® WaterBase MM966, it is essential to add 10% Thinner to the base colour: Standard Thinner 9-151
Preparing the surface
It is very important to prepare the surface on which the paint is to be applied so that the colour adheres well and stands the test of time. That's why you need to start by degreasing the damaged area. Then comes the repair stage, and once that's done, it's essential to sand everything smooth. And finally, clean thoroughly with compressed air and a cloth to remove all the dust. Only then can you apply the paint in a clean area.
Applying MM 966 body paint
De Beer 900 Series Waterbases are applied with a body paint spray gun fitted with a 1.3 mm Nozzle.
Application media for MM 966
Waterbase MM966 can only be applied to bare steel, aluminium or plastic. Be sure to read the safety data sheet before using the product.

To ensure a perfect, long-lasting result, we recommend covering the colour with a professional two-component Clearcoat with high solids.
