Description of MM 998 Body Paint
De Beer® WaterBase MM928 900 Series offers vibrant colours and easy application. The MM900 Series is a water-based basecoat for a clearcoat-on-base system.
This base colour for bodywork complies with current VOC standards.

Preparing MM 998 Waterborne Paint
For easy application of De Beer® WaterBase MM998, combine the base colour with 10% Thinner: Standard Thinner 9-151
Preparing the surface
Before applying the Paint to your car or motorbike, it is essential to thoroughly clean and degrease the area to be treated using a microfibre cloth. Once the surface is clean, it's time to Sanding. You can sand your surface with a P400 or finer. Finally, remember to clean the area thoroughly to remove any residue left after sanding.
Applying MM 998 body paint
900 Series basecoats are applied using a Spray gun fitted with a 1.3 mm nozzle. They are suitable as a base coat for a two-coat system for light and heavy vehicles.
Finishing De Beer 900 Series Paints
For best results, we recommend that you topcoat the colour with a two-component, high-dry-extract Clearcoat.
