Properties of MM975 body paint
De Beer® brand WaterBase MM975 900 Series offers bright colours and is easy to apply. It's also universal, so you can mix OEM colours together to create a wide range of shades.
This base tint for bodywork complies with current VOC standards.

For easy application of De Beer® WaterBase MM975, combine the base colour with 10% Thinner:
Preparing the surface
To obtain a perfect result, it is essential to prepare the work surface properly. To do this, after carrying out any necessary repairs, the work area must be degreased and then sanded with P400 or finer abrasive paper. Once the sanding is complete, remove any residue and dust with a compressed-air gun and reapply the Degreaser or cleaner with a microfibre cloth.
Applying MM 975 body paint
900 Series basecoats are applied using a body paint spray gun fitted with a 1.3 mm Nozzle. They are suitable as a base coat for a two-coat system for light and heavy vehicles.
Finishing for De Beer 900 Series paints
For best results, we recommend covering the colour with a two-component Clearcoat with high solids.
