Properties of MM 938 body paint
De Beer® brand WaterBase MM938 900 Series offers vivid colours and is easy to apply. This complete range of colourants allows you to mix all OEM colours together.
This base colour for bodywork is VOC compliant.
Note: this ready-to-use product complies with VOC code 2004/42/IIB(d)420)(418).
Preparing MM 938 Waterborne Paint
For easy application of De Beer® WaterBase MM938, combine the base colour with 10% Thinner:
Surface preparation :
Before applying the Paint to your car or motorbike, it is essential to thoroughly clean the area to be treated. To do this, you'll need a microfibre cloth and a Degreaser. Once the surface is clean, it's time to Sanding. You can sand your surface with a P400 or finer. Once your vehicle has been sanded, remember to clean the area thoroughly to remove all sanding residue.
Applying MM 938 body paint
900 Series basecoats are applied using a body paint spray gun fitted with a 1.3 mm Nozzle. They are suitable as a base coat for a two-coat system for light and heavy vehicles.
Finishing MM 938 body paint
For best results, it is recommended that the colour be overcoated with a two-component Clearcoat with high solids.

De Beer MM900 Series Paints may under no circumstances be applied to any material other than bare steel, aluminium or plastic. Be sure to read the safety data sheet before applying any product in the range.
