For easy application of De Beer® WaterBase MM960, combine the base colour with 10% Thinner:
Preparing the substrate
Good substrate preparation is essential to guarantee a quality result for your customers. The first step is to degrease the area in question with a degreaser or cleaner. The surface should then be sanded to smooth everything out. Lastly, use cleaner and compressed air to remove any small dust residues.
Applying MM 960 body paint
De Beer's 900 Series MM960 basecoats are applied using a Spray gun fitted with a 1.3mm nozzle. They are suitable as a base coat for a two-coat system for light and heavy vehicles.
Finishing De Beer 900 Series bases
For best results, it is recommended to topcoat the colour with a two-component, high-solids clearcoat.
