Properties of MM 971 body paint
De Beer® brand WaterBase MM971 900 Series offers bright colours and is easy to apply.
This base tint for bodywork complies with current VOC standards.
Note: this ready-to-use product complies with VOC code 2004/42/IIB(d)420)(418).
Preparing MM 971 Waterborne Paint
For easy application of De Beer® WaterBase MM971, combine the base colour with 10% Thinner: Standard Thinner 9-151
Preparing the surface
Apply the Paint to a degreased, sanded and cleaned surface. Make sure there are no Sanding residues, otherwise the result may not be uniform.
Applying MM 971 body paint
900 Series basecoats are applied using a Spray gun fitted with a 1.3 mm Nozzle. They are suitable as base coats for a two-coat system for light and heavy vehicles.
Finishing De Beer 900 Series Paints
For best results, we recommend covering the colour with a high-solids two-component paint.
