Properties of MM 965 body paint
De Beer® brand WaterBase MM965 900 Series offers bright colours and is easy to apply. Suitable for all types of passenger cars, touring vehicles and HGVs. It can also be mixed with all OEM colours.
This base colour for bodywork complies with current VOC standards.

Preparing MM 965 Waterborne Paint
For easy application of De Beer® WaterBase MM 965, it is essential to combine the base colour with 10% Thinner: Standard Thinner 9-151
Preparing the surface
Before applying any paint, thoroughly clean the area to be treated. First, use a microfibre cloth and degrease the surface. Once everything is clean, come the Sanding stage. Sand your surface with a P400 or finer. Finish by passing compressed air and cleaner over the surface to make sure all the sanding dust is removed.
Applying MM 965 body paint
De Beer 900 Series Waterbases are applied with a body paint spray gun fitted with a 1.3 mm Nozzle. They are suitable as a base coat for a two-coat system.
Application media for MM 965
The MM900 series should only be applied to bare steel, aluminium or plastic. It is essential to read the safety data sheet carefully before using the product.
Finishing De Beer 900 Series Paints
To ensure a perfect, long-lasting result, we recommend covering the colour with a two-component, colourless, high-dry-extract De Beer Clearcoat.
