Diamont BC805 Paint is a discount bodywork base tint for perfect repairs. The Diamont range of basecoats is designed for the repair of two-coat finishes. It can be used to obtain aspecial-effect metallic, pearlescent or opaque finish.

Preparation and application of RM Diamont base coat
Clean the surface with RM PK2000 , then sand with P400 abrasive paper. This RM body paint can be applied over RM primer but also over original paint. It can be applied wet-on-wet over RM primer or sealer. Thin the base with 6% Thinner BC 020 R-M. Then apply using a body paint spray gun with a 1.3 - 1.5 mm diameter Nozzle. Apply 2 coats for an opaque tint, and a third coat for a metallic or pearlescent tint. Leave to dry between coats until you obtain a matt surface. The surface dries in 5 minutes in the open air.
