Properties of Cromax 1461W waterborne basecoat
Cromax paints comply with Directive 2004/42/EC on VOC emissions. Based on a polyurethane copolymer, these matt hydro basecoats are easy to apply and provide excellent colour matching. Their perfectly balanced covering and filling properties increase productivity.
Preparation for Cromax 1461W Paint
Cromax basecoats are ready to use and require no thinning. Depending on the application conditions in terms of temperature and humidity, the bases must be mixed with binders:

Applying Cromax body paints
Cromax finishes are applied in 2 operations. Except for metallic and pearlescent colours, which require 2 coats followed by a light 3rd coat.
Substrate for base colour 1461W
Cromax hydro Matt basecoats can be applied to :
- All original and repaired finishes.
- Cromax Refinish primers and 2K surfacers.
