Properties of Cromax® Pro WB61 waterborne basecoat
WB61 is a one-component, waterborne matt basecoat for opaque, metallic and pearlescent colours. It is extremely easy to apply and its excellent coverage/gloss balance saves you a considerable amount of time during application.
Complies with current VOC standards and Directive 2004/42/EC.
Preparing Cromax Pro WB61 Paint
Cromax Pro bases must be mixed with controllers and other auxiliary products, depending on the humidity level and ambient temperature:

Applying Cromax Pro body paints
Cromax Pro finishes are suitable for fittings, panels and complete paintwork. They are applied in 2 coats for standard colours and in 3 coats for low-coverage colours.
Base for WB61 base colour
Cromax® Pro waterborne Matt basecoats can be applied to :
- All original and repaired finishes.
- Cromax Refinish primers and 2K surfacers.
They can be overcoated with Cromax Refinish 3550S, 3750S, 3760S, 3800S, CC6400 and CC6600 Clearcoats.

Notes
- The product should be stored at a temperature between 15°C and 35°C.
- The product used must be at room temperature
- It is COMPULSORY to add the controller to the Matt basecoat Cromax® Pro before application.
- The use of Cromax® Pro Basecoat depends on the application and drying conditions (relative humidity, air circulation, temperature, etc.).
- For colours containing WB1735 - Cromax® Pro Ultra Fine Aluminium base, the addition of 50% WB2043 or WB2045 is necessary.
