Introducing the Jet X RP SATA
The Jet X RP SATA is the new generation of Spray gun developed for professional body repairers. It incorporates innovative labyrinth nozzle technology, designed to stabilise the air flow, limit turbulence and ensure an even spray across the entire width of the jet. RP technology enables faster application than HVLP, with more direct deposition of the product on the substrate. It is particularly well suited to bodywork Clearcoats, primers and finishes requiring good coverage and excellent consistency.

Using the Jet X RP SATA
The Jet X RP SATA is mainly used for applying body Clearcoats and finishing products. Before application, the surface must be properly prepared, sanded, cleaned and degreased. The Clearcoat or Primer must be prepared according to the manufacturer's recommendations, with the correct mixture of Hardener and Thinner.
For optimum application, the recommended pressure is around 2.0 bar. The recommended spray distance is between 15 and 19 cm. The choice of Nozzle allows you to adjust the behaviour of the gun according to the desired finish.
The use of a digital module on the Digital Ready version allows precise control of the input pressure, improving application consistency and reproducibility of results, especially on demanding Clearcoats and finishes.
