Introducing the Jet X HVLP SATA

The Jet X HVLP SATA represents the new generation of Spray guns for bodywork painting. Developed to meet the demands of modern paint systems, it incorporates innovative Nozzle technology to deliver a fine, even and consistent spray across the entire width of the jet.

HVLP technology works with a high volume of air and reduced pressure to improve paint transfer to the substrate. This approach limits product loss, reduces overspray and ensures a clean application, which is particularly important for waterborne basecoats and sensitive colours.

The Jet X HVLP is available in two versions to suit the needs of bodybuilders: Basic for simple, efficient use, and Digital Ready for advanced control of air pressure using a digital system.

Versions available

Jet X HVLP Basic

The Basic version of the Jet X HVLP SATA is designed for workshops looking for a reliable, high-performance gun that's easy to use. It does not have a digital module, but offers all the performance you need for applying bodywork paint bases.

Jet X HVLP Digital Ready

The Digital Ready version is compatible with the Adam X and Adam X Pro modules. Thanks to the Quick Adam Connector, it is possible to add a digital pressure gauge directly to the gun in order to precisely control the air inlet pressure. This solution improves application consistency and reproducibility of results.

Nozzles available: 1.2 mm and 1.3 mm

1.2 mm Nozzle

The 1.2 mm Nozzle is ideal for fine, controlled applications. It delivers a precise spray with excellent evenness, particularly suited to waterborne basecoats, metallic colours and finishes requiring perfect homogeneity.

1.3 mm Nozzle

The 1.3 mm Nozzle has a slightly higher flow rate, allowing faster application while maintaining a fine spray pattern. It is ideal for bodybuilders looking for a good balance between productivity and finish quality.

Using the Jet X HVLP SATA

The Jet X HVLP SATA is mainly used for applying base paint in car bodywork. Before application, the substrate must be carefully prepared: Sanding, Cleaning, Degreasing and Product Preparation according to the manufacturer's recommendations.

For optimum application, the recommended pressure is 2.0 bar with a spray distance of 15 to 19 cm. These settings ensure fine atomisation, good pigment orientation and even application.

When applying metallic or pearlescent colours, it is essential to maintain a regular spray pattern, a constant distance and even coverage. The use of a digital module on the Digital Ready version makes it possible to secure settings and improve the reproducibility of results.

Advantages of the Jet X HVLP SATA

The Jet X HVLP SATA offers excellent product transfer, limiting losses and improving application quality. This technology is particularly interesting for waterborne bases and sensitive colours.

The labyrinth nozzle ensures a stable, even spray. It improves atomisation quality and helps to achieve an even shade, which is essential for bodywork applications.

A choice of Basic and Digital Ready versions means it can be adapted to suit all types of workshop. The Basic version focuses on simplicity, while the Digital Ready version offers advanced control of application parameters.

The 1.2 mm and 1.3 mm Nozzles offer great versatility. They allow you to adjust the fineness, flow rate and speed of application according to the products used and the painter's habits.

Why choose the Jet X HVLP SATA?

Choosing the Jet X HVLP SATA means opting for a modern, high-performance bodywork paint spray gun that is adapted to paint bases. It gives you precise application, an even finish and excellent colour consistency.

With its Basic and Digital Ready versions, 1.2 mm and 1.3 mm nozzles and advanced spray technology, the Jet X HVLP SATA meets the needs of bodybuilders looking for quality, productivity and control of paint applications in the workshop.
