Thanks to the Quick Adam Connector, it is possible to add a digital pressure gauge directly to the gun in order to precisely control the air inlet pressure. This solution improves application consistency and reproducibility of results.

1.2 mm Nozzle

Using the Jet X HVLP SATA
The Jet X HVLP SATA is mainly used for applying base paint in car bodywork. Before application, the substrate must be carefully prepared: Sanding, Cleaning, Degreasing and Product Preparation according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
For optimum application, the recommended pressure is 2.0 bar with a spray distance of 15 to 19 cm. These settings ensure fine atomisation, good pigment orientation and even application.
When applying metallic or pearlescent colours, it is essential to maintain a regular spray pattern, a constant distance and even coverage. The use of a digital module on the Digital Ready version makes it possible to secure settings and improve the reproducibility of results.
