Before applying to your surface, the paint must be mixed. Once the mixture has been prepared in accordance with the technical data sheet, shake for approximately 15 minutes.
To mix the paint, we recommend using the R-M brand’s TopCure standard H2A14 or fast-curing H2A24hardener. The mixing ratio is 2:1 + 10%.
Use a spray gun and set the nozzle diameter to 1.3–1.5 mm. As for spray pressure, 2 bar is generally recommended.
Apply two coats of paint to your surface using a spray gun, allowing approximately 5 minutes to dry between coats.
The dry film thickness should be 40–60 µm.
Drying time for your surface:
- Drying at 20°C: 8 hours
- Drying at 60°C: 30 minutes
- IR drying (short-wave): 8 minutes
Please note that drying times may be affected by the choice of hardener, thinner and application technique.
