Properties of Sikkens Autocryl Plus LV R110 topcoat
This is a 2-component polyurethane topcoat for car repairs. It can be applied over all old topcoats, polyester laminates and all Sikkens preparation products (except Autosurfacer WB). Complies with current VOC standards.

Surface preparation
Clean the surface before sanding with a suitable cleaner. The final sanding can be done mechanically with P500 or with water with P1000. Finally, clean the surface with a suitable cleaner before applying the finish.
CAUTION: When the polyester putty is exposed, avoid contact with water (water-based Degreaser).
Applying R110 topcoat
This topcoat is applied with a gravity-feed spray gun with an opening of 1.2-1.5 mm and an application pressure of 1.7-2.2 bar. Apply a medium coat, allowing 1-3 minutes for evaporation at 20°C. Then apply a full coat, allowing 1-3 minutes for evaporation at 20°C before steaming.
Drying time
Allow to evaporate for 5 minutes at 20°C before placing the car in a 60°C cabin. Evaporation time depends on application and temperature.
