Features of RM’s AIR Purpos-R White P2P21 primer

The AIR Purpos-R P2P21 primer was developed by R-M for use in car body repairs, specifically to prepare surfaces prior to painting. It has been specially formulated for use on a variety of surfaces, such as metal, pre-treated plastics and well-sanded old paint layers. Its versatility makes it extremely useful in a body shop where different materials may require consistent Preparation.

Advantages of the P2P21 primer

  • Fast drying and easy to apply
  • Smooth and even results
  • High-quality finishes
  • Adheres to all types of surfaces
  • Durable finish, resistant to weathering and wear

Using AIR Purpos-R primer

Before applying the primer, it is essential to clean and prepare the surface thoroughly. This includes degreasing, sanding and removing contaminants to ensure optimum adhesion. Apply the primer evenly using a spray gun. Before applying the top coat, it is important to allow the primer to dry completely. Drying time may vary depending on weather conditions.
