Application of Cromax Pro PS106x Surfacer
Mixing ratio: 5:1 with XK203 hardener and 6–9% XB383 or XB387 thinner
drying time :
- between coats: 5–10 mins
- at 20°C: 2–3 hours
- at 60°C: 20 mins
Spray gun nozzle and pressure: gravity-fed spray gun with a 1.4–1.8 nozzle and a pressure of 3–4 bar.
For bare metal surfaces, it is necessary to apply Wash Primer 1K or an epoxy primer. On acid-based primers: overnight drying or curing in an oven is mandatory.
