Product specifications for Cromax P7

Application of Cromax P7:
Mixing ratio: 5:1 with Cromax P72 hardener and 10–20% TPH710 thinner
Nozzle and air pressure: gravity-fed spray gun with a 1.5–1.7 nozzle and pressure of 3–4 bar
drying time :
- With P72 activator: 6 hours at 20°C (12–16 hours with P73)
- at 40°C: 1 hour
- at 60°C: 45 minutes
Surface preparation
- Clean your surface thoroughly using a preparation cleaner for bare metals. Then, be sure to wipe it down with a clean microfibre cloth.
- Sand and remove all traces of rust and corrosion
- Remove all traces of sanding dust with a new, clean microfibre cloth.
- Then degrease with a cleaner/degreaser, and wipe down again with a clean cloth.
Tech’team tip: It is important to use a good solvent-based spray gun cleaner.
