What is Spies Hecker Polyester Primer 3508?

The Sprayable Polyester product is a two-component sprayable putty for passenger car repairs. It is used to level out irregularities on large areas of car bodywork.

Raderal SH3508 is a high performance primer with excellent Spray properties. It is easy to apply and has Reliable vertical stability. It also has good Theoretical coverage and filling power. This SH3508 polyester spray is FOR PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY in body shops. Known for its many properties, it has a high filling capacity and can be used for quick straightening or reshaping work on metal surfaces.

What substrates are suitable for this Sprayable Putty 3508?

  • Steel, electro-galvanised, galvanised sheet metal or aluminium, cleaned, sanded and coated
  • Original or old paintwork, carefully prepared and finely sanded
  • Surface prepared with polyester putty

Note: Sprayable polyester spray must not be applied over PVB primers (acid-reactive) or 1K primers. This putty is also not suitable for thermoplastic or viscoelastic paints.
