Pare Choc Structurant Noir - Carross PCS400N: The professional solution for Refinishing bumpers

Carross PCS400N Structural Shock Repellent Black is a spray paint specially formulated for the aesthetic and professional Refinishing of bumpers, bumpers and exterior plastic parts on motor vehicles. Designed to meet the requirements of professional body repairers, this paint provides a textured, structured finish that is faithful to the original appearance of unpainted plastic parts.

Direct application to Plastic: a decisive advantage in the workshop

One of the major advantages of PCS400N over many equivalent products on the market is its ability to adhere directly to plastic without the need for prior application of a primer or adhesion promoter. This saves considerable time in the workshop and significantly simplifies the Refinishing process.

Where other products of similar use require an additional priming step before any application - thereby lengthening repair times and the overall cost of the repair - PCS400N allows you to get straight to the point: Prepare the surface, apply, and get a professional result. This formulation, which adheres directly to plastic, makes it a particularly effective tool for workshops looking to optimise their productivity without compromising on the quality of the final finish.

A product designed for bodywork professionals

In a bodywork workshop, speed of execution and the quality of the final finish are non-negotiable criteria. PCS400N has been developed to meet these two requirements simultaneously. Thanks to its ready-to-use spray formula, it can be easily integrated into professional workflows without the need for time-consuming preparation or the use of a spray gun.

Its textured, structuring effect faithfully reproduces the grainy finish characteristic of original manufacturer plastics, enabling an invisible repair that is aesthetically consistent with the rest of the vehicle.

Fields of application

PCS400N Black Structuring Shock Absorber is suitable for a wide range of common workshop applications:

  • Refinishing unpainted or damaged front and rear bumpers
  • Touching up and standardising plastic bumpers
  • Renovation of rocker panels, wheel arches and other plastic body components
  • Application on new or replacement parts requiring tinting before delivery to the customer
  • Small bodywork jobs and quick touch-ups in the workshop or outdoors

Quick and easy to use

The PCS400N Spray can be used directly without diluting or mixing. Its valve and Nozzle are designed for uniform spraying, ensuring precise, even application, even on complex or raised surfaces. The product dries quickly, reducing vehicle downtime and maximising workshop productivity.

Professional application tips :

  • Preparation: degrease thoroughly with a suitable product and sand lightly if necessary.
  • Recommended application temperature: between 15°C and 25°C
  • Shake the Spray vigorously for at least 2 minutes before use.
  • Apply in several light, criss-cross coats, at a distance of approximately 25 to 30 cm from the surface
  • Observe the drying times between coats for best results
  • No need to apply a primer: the product adheres directly to the Plastic after simply degreasing and mechanically preparing the surface.

Packaging and yield

PCS400N is packaged in a 400 ml Spray, a practical format for one-off applications or targeted Touch up. This compact format also makes it easy to store and use from time to time without wastage.
