Sata's new Jet X Digital Ready HVLP spray gun features a new patented design known as the "labyrinth system", offering unprecedented atomisation finesse and uniformity, based on the X Nozzle system. The air cap has been reworked to ensure a fine, even and smooth spray.
The concept of the X spray nozzle is based on a new labyrinth airflow system. This guides the air into the Nozzle and out of each bore at exactly the same pressure, without turbulence or pulsation. This ensures a fine, even spray for both HVLP and RP technology.
The spray pattern remains uniform over the entire height. It has clearly defined edge zones that are easy to control, for a feeling of control during paint application.
Cloudiness and uneven distribution of the base paint are minimised thanks to perfect wetting, with better surface quality resulting from the spray for both Clearcoat and base.
