How do you use a paint preparation system?
Using a paint preparation system in bodywork is essential to ensure a uniform, flawless application and to guarantee professional-quality results.
Prepare your workspace:
Before you start your touch up work, make sure your area is clean and dust-free. Prepare your paint spray gun, mixing cup, adaptors and cleaning solvents. Before you start, it is essential to wear a protective mask, professional safety gloves and Coveralls to protect yourself from chemicals.
Assembling the paint application system:
Attach your Easy Cup to the rigid cup and then to the Spray gun. Next, perform the Preparation and stir the mixture using a mixing spatula.
Adjusting the spray gun:
Adjust the nozzle diameter and spray pressure to ensure the paint is consistent and the spray pattern is even.
Spray test:
Use a test cardboard to check that the colour is correct before starting the painting process.
