The A-U-48S product is a primer filler and therefore an AraClass undercoat solution available in Spray ideal for quick use for corrosion protection. This product is ready to use and can be applied to steel, galvanised steel, aluminium, original parts with cataphoresis, old paints and GRP/SMC.
This 400 ml Spray is for PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY in car body shops. This dark grey primer is a One-component primer. It is part of Glasurit's AraClass system and offers an optimum Coveralls combination of quality, processing speed and eco-efficiency. This product is Eco Balance certified, guaranteeing a significant reduction in CO² emissions. Available in dark grey and 400ml.

How do I use Glasurit A-U-48S?
It's important to shake the Spray before each use. The mixture must be perfectly homogeneous before being applied to the surface.
We recommend applying 3 to 4 coats with a film thickness of 30-40 µm with a flash-off at 20°C of around 5 minutes between coats.
- Drying at 20°C: 1.5-2h
- Drying at 60°C: 30 min
- IR drying (short-wave): 5 min at 50%.
