The UV Primer is an AraClass undercoat solution that has good corrosion resistance and provides an excellent appearance of the finish. The product is FOR PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY and ready to use and is recommended for application on steel, Galvanized steel, aluminium, old paints and GRP/ SMC.
A-U-87S UV Primer is a one-component product designed to optimise Spot-repairs. Part of Glasurit's AraClass range, it offers a Coveralls of performance, speed and environmental friendliness to meet the demands of body shops. The product is available in grey and in 400ml Spray for fast, highly effective repairs.

Instructions for use for fast, effective application:
1- Preparation:
Shake the Spray for 2 to 3 minutes before use on your bodywork surface.
2- Application:
Apply a first coat + 1 second coat directly onto your surface. The thickness of the dry film should not exceed 80 µm. Flash-off between layers must be 20s.
3- Short drying time:
Expose the surface to UV light, you will only have to wait five minutes.
4- Sanding the surface :
Using an orbital sanding machine, we recommend using a P400-P600 grain disc.
The Primer available in Spray provides an excellent finish and increased protection over time. It is exceptionally effective and long-lasting.
