Properties of Cromax 90xR plastic primer

Cromax 2K Plastic Primer 90xR is a two-component primer specially designed for application to plastic without an adhesion promoter. The product is also extremely resistant to stone chips.

It is part of the ValueShade concept, which provides an optimum undercoat for Cromax Topcoat colours.

Application of 90xR plastic primer for Cromax plastic

  • Mixing ratio 1:1 by volume with its 2K plastic activator 915R.
  • Spray nozzle 1.3-1.4
  • Pressure: 1.8 to 2 Bar
  • Apply a Thin layer and a 2nd normal layer without Flash-off between layers.
