How to apply

Step 1: Surface Preparation
Make sure the surface to be Clearcoated is perfectly clean, dry and free from dust, grease or any other contaminant. The base paint must be completely dry before applying Clearcoat.
Step 2: Product Preparation
Mix the Clearcoat thoroughly before use. Follow the Mixing ratios with Hardener and Thinner recommended by Glasurit according to the product data sheets. Allow the mixture to stand for a few minutes before application.
Step 3: Application
Apply the Clearcoat using a properly adjusted professional paint spray gun. Apply in even, uniform coats, respecting the evaporation times between coats recommended by the manufacturer.
Step 4: Drying
Allow the Clearcoat to dry according to the drying times specified in the technical data sheet. Drying can be carried out at room temperature or accelerated in a drying booth depending on the workshop's production needs.
Step 5: Finishing
Once the Clearcoat is completely dry, you can proceed with Polishing if necessary to obtain optimum shine and remove any minor imperfections.
