1- Preparing the substrate:
Thoroughly clean, degrease and sand the surface to be textured. If necessary, use a Plastic Primer as recommended on the technical data sheet.
2- Mixing :
Add Additive A-A-40 to the finishing product (Matt basecoat, Clearcoat or lacquer). The percentage of Additive may vary according to the desired texture effect.
3- Adjusting the paint spray gun :
Adapt the pressure, the Nozzle and respect the spray distance guaranteeing high quality results.
4- Application to bodywork :
Apply in criss-cross layers or in successive passes until the desired texturing effect is achieved. Leave a Flash-off between layers as required.
5- Drying time :
Drying time at 60°C is 30 minutes.
