Description of VHS 2K Filler Primer
A two-component acrylic filling primer from Carross. It offers excellent filling properties. This product provides the user with excellent coverage, no sagging, and it is very easy to apply and perform sanding on, resulting in an excellent finish on the treated surface. It also offers very good protection against corrosion. Suitable for steel, aluminium, galvanized steel and surfaces coated with polyester putty. This product is intended for hand sanding or using a dry or wet sanding machine.
Application of VHS Carross 2K Filling Primer
Before application, the surface must be clean, dry, matt and free of grease.
Mix the product thoroughly by adding the primer and an equal volume of AGEDU1 hardener (ratio 4:1).
If necessary, add DIU1 thinner at a volume of 10–20 per cent.
Apply the product using a spray gun (1.5–2.2 mm nozzle) in 1 to 3 coats. Allow 10 to 20 minutes between coats to allow the solvents to evaporate before applying the next coat.
Sand the surface with P400–P600 dry sandpaper or P800–P1000 wet sandpaper.

- VOC IIB(c) 540 g/l and 7–8 m²/l at 80 µm
Storage conditions
Ensure the product is well protected from frost, heat, direct sunlight and moisture. Store the tin tightly sealed in a cool, dry place.
Tech’team tip: We recommend allowing the temperature to reach the recommended application temperature naturally. The temperature of the product and the surface to be painted should be approximately 20°C.
