Description of the Carross UGV5/V1 Clearcoat:
This 2K UHS PREMIUM Clearcoat has been specially selected by our technical team for its ease of application, particularly on large surfaces, and its excellent tautness and exceptional gloss.
2 full coats for optimum results
To get the best, most precise results, it's important to respect the drying time. We recommend waiting between 20 and 30 minutes at 60°C.
How to use Carross UGV Clearcoat :
Perfectly suited to car and commercial vehicle repairs. This product has very high UV protection and very good scratch resistance.
- Resin: hydroxy-functional acrylic resin
- Substrate : water-based or solvent-based Basecoats or Topcoats
- Application: gravity spray / 1st coat = wet but not too thick / 2nd coat: full coat
- Flash-off between layers: 3-5 minutes after each spray pass
- Viscosity: 17-20 sec 4mm / DIN (ready to use)
- Mixing ratio : 2:1 with Hardener
- Polishing : can be polished after returning to room temperature
Tech'team tip: We strongly recommend application in 2 coats 50-70 µm
