Description of PPG Clearcoat Deltron UHS D8131
PPG's Deltron Clearcoat D8131 is a 420g/l VOC UHS clearcoat that dries in 15 minutes at 60°C. It is easy to apply and has an exceptional final appearance, making it easy to sand and polish.
Application of PPG Clearcoat Deltron UHS D8131
- Apply in 2 coats.5 minutes between coats and 5 minutes before steaming.
- Application in one visit: 1 light and 1 full; 1½- 2 minutes between coats and 5 minutes before steaming.
- Spray gun Nozzle 1.2 - 1.3 mm
- Air pressure 2 -2.2 bar
- Mixing ratio Hardener D8254 2:1
- Drying time at 60°C: 15min
- Drying time at 40°C: 40min
- Drying time at 20°C: 8h
- IR drying time: 8min
