Description of Sikkens M700 Antistatic Degreaser:
- Wet a clean cloth and wash or degrease the surface of your bodywork to be treated.
- Wipe immediately with a clean cloth. It is important to have a second clean cloth and not to use the same one.
Degreasing your surface will remove grease, polish and silicone residues. This step is essential before you begin the in-depth treatment of your bodywork. Any paint system applied to a poorly degreased surface will cling poorly and may come off after a while.
Tech'team tip: When degreasing, make sure that no impurities can get into the bodywork joints. This can cause problems with the paint system. This is why we advise you to degrease the parts mounted vertically, first from the bottom up and then from the top down.
