How do I use D8215 Hardener?
To use paint hardeners, you need to follow the Preparation steps to get the job done right:
1- Preparation of the Hardener mixture:
It is important to respect the Mixing ratio between the uhs Hardener and the Clearcoat, it is generally recommended 2:1. Remember to mix well until it is perfectly homogeneous before applying to your bodywork.
2- Application to your surface:
Apply two coats to your bodywork with a slight pause for evaporation. We recommend a spray gun setting of 2.0 bar. The ideal application temperature is between 20 and 25°C.
3- Drying time :
In a paint booth at 60°C, approximately 20 to 30 minutes. For precise drying times, please refer to the manufacturer's technical data sheet.
