Standox Clearcoat Express Standocryl K9530 is a high-quality clearcoat for bodywork. It is compatible with Standohyd and Standoblue bases. It is a very fast drying varnish, suitable for repairs and complete paintwork.

Preparing and applying Standox K9530 VOC Express Clearcoat

To be ready to use, this car Clearcoat, offered by Carross at a discount price, must be mixed at a Mixing ratio of 3:1 with a VOC Hardener.

• For small spot-repairs or at temperatures of 10-20°C: VOC Extra Fast Hardener 10-20.
• For multi-part repairs in temperatures of 20-25°C: VOC Fast Hardener 20-25
• For medium repairs in temperatures of 25-30°C: Slow Hardener VOC 25-30
• For medium repairs in temperatures of 30-40°C: Extra Slow Hardener VOC 30-40

The optimum viscosity of the mix is obtained by adding 10% VOC Thinner (ref. 2078088). The use of a ruler is recommended. The varnish is applied with a 1.3-1.4 mm Nozzle and a pressure of 1.8-2.2 bar. Standocryl VOC Express Clear varnish can be coated within 24 hours without intermediate Sanding.
