Properties of Macrofan AP Autolevel MF302 by Lechler
This two component self-levelling primer with high solids content can be used in wet-on-wet cycle on cataphoretic substrates or plastic substrates or as a filling insulating primer.

Application of Macrofan AP Autolevel MF302 by Lechler
Use as filler
- Mixing ratio: For 1000g of filler MF302 mix 110g of Macrofan UHS Hardener MH100 - MH110 - MH115 - MH120 and 100 to 200g of autorefinish Thinner 740 - 741 - 742.
- Apply 2 - 3 coats with 4 - 6 min. flash-off between coats using a spray gun with 1.6 - 1.8 mm nozzle.
- Dry film thickness: 100-120µm
- Air drying at 20°C: 3 to 6h depending on Hardener used
- Drying at 60°C: 15 to 35min depending on Hardener used
Wet-on-wet application
- Mixing ratio : For 1000g of MF302 filler mix 110g of Macrofan UHS MH100 - MH110 - MH115 - MH120 Hardener and 250 to 300g of autorefinish 740 - 741 - 742 Thinner.
- Apply 1.5 - 2 coats without Flash-off between layers using a spray gun with 1.2 - 1.4 mm nozzle.
- Dry film thickness: 30-50µm
- Drying at 20°C: 15 to 30min depending on Hardener used
Use wet-on-wet on plastic
- Mixing ratio : For 1000g of primer MF302 mix 180g of Macrofan Plastic Hardener MH300 and 500g of Macrofan Autolevel Plastic Activator MT300.
- Apply 1,5 to 2 coats without Flash-off between layers using a spray gun with 1,2 - 1,4 mm nozzle.
- Dry film thickness: 30-50µm
- Drying time at 20°C: 30 min and matt substrate
