The 5400.1002 is a product designed to provide permanent protection against corrosion, anti-gravel, road salt and premature wear of underbody components. It can be painted over, creating a surface with permanent elasticity and sound-dampening properties. It provides effective insulation for sills, doors, spoilers, etc.
Application of the 4CR 5400.1002 anti-gravel protection
- Shake the 5400.1002 anti-gravel chip protection cartridge well before use
- The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease before application.
- The product must be applied using an air spray gun at a pressure of 3–6 bar
- Wait 60–90 minutes before painting over it; otherwise, it will be completely dry in 2 hours at 20°C
