Standoflex® 2K Plastic Primer Surfacer in black is easy to apply. It provides good adhesion to vehicle exterior plastic components. It is ideal for 3-coat system applications.
This product is ready to use. No prior dilution is required. This saves you time in the workshop.
Application of Standox® Plastic Surfacer bodywork primer
This black 2K primer is applied in 1 coat, either wet-on-wet or as a sanding primer. The wet-on-wet desolvation time is 15 to 20 minutes at 18-22°C.
Substrates compatible with Standox® Plastic Surfacer
This primer is compatible with all exterior plastic components. It can be overcoated with a Standocryl® VOC finish as well as Standohyd® or Standoblue® bases, elasticized with an elasticized Standocryl® VOC Clearcoat.
