Properties of Green-TI filler 4004 from Lechler

Filler or insulating primer for all bodywork refinishing work. Specific for repairs to complete elements.

  • Allows you to obtain a primer of any shade of grey, which favours coverage of the finishing lacquer and the production of the same greys as the original primers.
  • Sanding guide effect: During sanding, the colour changes from green to grey, making it easy to distinguish the points where sanding has already been carried out (04109).

Application of Lechler Green-TI filler 4004

  • Mixing ratio 5:1 by volume with Macrofan UHS Hardener MH115 or MH120
  • Thinner 15 - 25% with Autorefinishing Thinner 740 / 741
  • Apply 2 - 3 coats using a spray gun with 1.4 - 1.8 mm nozzle
  • Dry film thickness: Recommended thickness: 60 - 100 μ (insulating) - 160 - 200 μ (filling)
