What are the features of NS2607?
The black no-sanding primer (NS2607) is a highly versatile professional product that eliminates the need for a two-coat system and helps to increase productivity in the body shop. It offers excellent adhesion and resistance immediately upon application. This product can be applied to metal, unsanded cataphoretic coatings and plastic parts of your vehicle if you incorporate Cromax’sAZ9600 plastic additive .
This primer can be overcoated with any Cromax topcoat. Developed by Cromax ValueShade, it provides the optimum undercoat for every topcoat colour.

How do you apply the primer without sanding?
1. Substrates:
- Sanded and cleaned bare steel
- Galvanised steel or aluminium components, sanded and cleaned
- Existing paint or original paint, properly sanded and cleaned
- Original primer (cataphoretic coating), lightly sanded or unsanded and thoroughly cleaned with a cleaner
- Surfaces prepared using commercially available cataphoretic coatings.

2. Adjusting the spray gun:

3. Number of coats:
