Description of PPG Defleet 280 Binder
Defleet 280 Binder is a two-component finish designed specifically for the commercial vehicle market. Easy to apply to large surfaces, it also offers good appearance and durability. Thanks to the Delfleet system of hardeners and Thinners, Spray properties can be tailored to suit different application methods, conditions and types of work.
Preparing the substrate for application of Binder 280
Original finishes and surfaces in good condition must be degreased, cleaned and dry sanded before applying the finish.
Cleaning the substrate
The substrate to be painted must be dry, clean and free from corrosion, grease and release agents. Substrates must be carefully prepared with a mixture of Degreaser and cleaner.
